Can someone suggest me a good shampoo and a good gel for my hair?

i dont know some people have very nice hairs and even i used to have a good hair but recently i feel like its rotten **** ............ i guess there is some wrong with my gel and shampoo ............ so i want u people to suggest me some authentic stuff for my hairCan someone suggest me a good shampoo and a good gel for my hair?
Well it is difffrent with everyones hair my son has semi-long hair to his sholders but we use strong gell my 6 year old we use mediem and for myself flexible.

Also looking for gel is very hard not knowing what the results will do with your own hair. American Crew is good, also my clients swear by Got 2 b But for yourself ask your hair stylist i think they will know the best. i use thermasilk shampoo and conditioner.





as for gel, not sure what your hair style is, but i use garnier hairspray, works good and smells great.
nexus, paul mitchell,aveda @ aveda.com is really the best shampure is the name of the shampoo an cond. they also have great gels
Go to a salon and get products from the BED HEAD line. It's not that expancive.
Pantene its really good and try the conditionr as well..
