You can use it everyday...It wont mess up your hair, if anything it will make the process go faster. I have colored hair and it has never stripped my color....I just wouldnt reccomend using it as a regular shampoo once your hair is treated

I use that and it is very good... I dont normally use colour so Im not completely sure, but I dont think it does strip colour. I use it every other day with no problem, so I think it should be fine to use it every day.
