How often would you suggest using Neutrogena T/Gel Therapeutic Shampoo?
I do have dandruff, but it's not terrible so i'm worried it might cause damage?

no way it wont cause damage. it will just ensure your dandruff from occuring. except i recommend equate TGel. its the same exact thing except lower price.
